1. Does texture or color of seating change when solution is applied?
A: The color and the texture stays the same even after application.
2. Does my vessel have to be clean when the solution is applied?
A: Yes, the vehicle must be clean for the solution to bond to the paint.
3. Can it be applied over a coating of wax?
A: No, for the solution to properly bond and do the job is was produced to do the vehicle has to be stripped of wax.
4. Will you cover my pre existing conditions?
A: No, but we can fix your pre existing conditions prior to application. (Additional fees apply)
5. Will it cover my enclosed living area?
A: No, Freedom Appearance only covers areas exposed to weather conditions
6. Where does the solution get applied?
A: Freedom Appearance will either be applied at your nearest carrying dealership or we will have certified applicators come to your location.
7. How does it get applied?
A: It is a spray on application.
8. How will I know when someone is coming to apply it?
A: If it is being applied at your house we will set up appointment. If it is being applied at dealership we will have dealer connect to set up an application date and time.
9. Can I still apply wax to my boat after it is applied?
A: Once the wet application is applied and has bonded to paint you can treat the outside the same as you would have prior.
10. How old is the company that backs the product?
A: DentZone, the national administrator for Freedom Appearance has been in business the last 10 years. A+ Rated with the BBB.
11. When I get this program, What if something minor happens that is not repairable?
A: If there is a blemish that happens and we cannot fix it we will replace the effected area.
12. Are there any yearly expenses?
A: After initial purchase of application and 5 year contract there are no additional expenses until option of renewal.
13. What is the Active Ingredient?
A: The product is a nanotechnology based paint and interior protectant. There are different applications for the gel-coat and for the seating surfaces.
14. How often does it get applied?
A: It gets applied once at the beginning of your contract. After your 5 year contract you have the ability to renew which would consist of another application.
15. When is the best time to apply the product?
A: The best time to apply the product is when you buy your boat or are unwrapping it for the season. The second best time is now!
